ABSTRACT

This research tries to uncover the phenomenon co-operative entrepreneurships and property right co-operative managers to act in relationship financial co-operative performance that are rarely done by researchers. Population on this research are 40 co-operative financial managers, so the sample about 16 managers in the Semarang municipality to be consulted about co-operative entrepreneurship orientation, property right and co-operative performance. Descriptive analysis show that co-operative managers have a high co-operative entrepreneurship orientation, the property right to act fairly limited, and high performance co-operative. Inferential analysis showed no positive effect co-operative entrepreneurship orientation and the property right to act co-operative financial performance. The result recommended that to improve of high financial co-operative performance, co-operative need manager of co-operative entrepreneurship orientation as risk orientation, proactive orientation, and innovative orientation, and within the limits of the possible are given freedom decision making.
