The objective of this article is to investigate correlation between environmental management dimensionspractices and environmental performance, with size company as a moderating variable. Object of the research is manufacture industries at Central Java. Environmental management dimensions include: the driving of environmental management and proactive environmental management.

The population for this research are all manufactur industries in Central Java Indonesia that resistance to environmental. Number of respondent in this research are 143 company, 51 big company and 92 medium company. Companies category are: textil, furniture, ciggarette, wood processing, manure, printing, fish processing, pantile and medecine. Research variabel are Driving environmental management (4 indicators). Proactive environmental management (6 indicators), and Environmental performance (7 indicators). Data were collected by mail survey and interview with company leader. This research use interaction regression analysis.

The result indicate that the beginner analysis, the environental dimensions have positif impact on environmental performance. The later result indicate that the interaction between environmental management dimensions and the size of company (big and medium company) have no significant effect on environmental performance, or the company size not as a moderating variabel.
