This paper aims to reveal the problems related to the failure of working mothers breastfeeding. The authors want to explain factors that cause the failure of working mothers to give breastfeeding to their infant. Breast milk is natural nutrient that nutritional content is unmatched by anyfood or milk subtitute. Mothers activity during breastfeeding as a warm embrace has an important psychological impact for the infant development of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. In fact many mothers who experienced failure of breastfeeding on housewife and especially on working mothers. Several factors internal and ekternal that caused of failure breastfeeding. It is necessary to create proactive action involving agencies, institutions, associations of related movements dear mother and baby to support successful breastfeeding. It implies as breastfeeding campaign by accompanied counseling or assistance about breastfeeding, provision of counseling groups for mothers who experienced failure of breastfeeding and stress management training for working mothers who have a baby).
