ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of third-party funds, bank capital, NPF (Non Performing Financial) and a percentage of the proceeds against the amount of financing channeled Musharaka Islamic Banking. The population is listed Islamic banking at Bank Indonesia. The sample selection is done using purposive sampling method. The sample selection is done using purposive sampling method. Criteria sample is Islamic Banking in Indonesia that publishes annual report beginning in 2007-2010 and is included in the category of Islamic commercial banks, non-bank Islamic unit. Based on these criteria then selected three banks : Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank Syariah Mega Indonesia. The method of analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The study shows a third-party funds and bank capital have positive influence to finance musharaka. This means that the higher third-party funds and capital will lead to increased Musharaka financing. While NPF have negatively affect to Musharaka financing. This means that the higher the NPF, the lower the Musharaka financing. Meanwhile, the percentage of variables does not significantly influence the results of Musharaka financing.
