Abstrak

        

Abstract

The aims of this research are to analysis direct impact of leadership, motivation, cooperation, and satisfaction to performance, and analysis indirect impact of leadership, motivation, and to performance through satisfaction. This research is a explanatory research that explain of independent variable to dependent variable. Population of this research are staff of DPKD Kota Salatiga, the number of population are 61 staff. All population can be used as a sample, this means a sensus. Multiple regression path analysis can be used as a examine of. Hyphotesis. The result of this research are leadership, motivation, cooperation, indirect and direct impact to performance and significant. Indirect impact have a higher value than that direct impact, so satisfaction as a intervening variable.
