Abstract

The aim of this research was to describe and analyse the influence of leadership and the organisation culture on the work motivation and the achievement of human resources in the Secretariat DPRD Propinsi Central Java. The problem in this research was 1) Whether leadership and the organisation culture were influential towards the work motivation of the official in the Secretariat DPRD Provinsi Central Java? 2) Whether leadership and the organisation culture were influential towards the achievement of human resources in the Secretariat DPRD Provinsi Central Java? This research was carried out against the official in the Secretariat DPRD Provinsi Central Java. The data collection was carried out with the questionnaire and the study of the book with the number of samples totalling 173 respondents that 96 female respondents and the mans 77 respondents.
