The founding father want to establish politicaldemocracy as well as economic democracy in free indonesia as stated in article 33 constitution in the year 1945 but the message of article 33 in the familial principle tends to have many interpretation and give thejustification to the corruption, collution and nepotesm pratices therefore famulial principle is often considered as family system or family principle in fact there are two contradiction views in processing amendent of article 33 constitution in the year 1945 diametriceli first, who want the changing of total formulation on chapter social welfare specally article 33 more over there is who want to omit familial principle second who to continue article 33 al thougt there is additional paragraph.
