Abstract

This study aim to analyze work satisfaction influence and commitment to performance of human resource of Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (DPKD) Kota Semarang Metode of intake Sample with technique stratified random sampling and level of sample 131 respondent employees at Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (DPKD) Kota Semarang test hypothesis with Regression and Multi Regression Pursuan to Calculation with program SPSS, raised by hypothesis there satisfaction influence work and commitment to performance of human resource of Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (DPKD) Kota Semarang supported by empirical data Result of this research expected by be of benefit to all academician, earn to present information and result of empirical presentation of satisfaction work and commitment to performance of human resources . Later; Then to all researcher, giving basis for the furthermore research of work satisfaction and commitment to performance of human resources.
