Abstract
This article aims to analyze the orientation of the development model of control to improve the performance of human resources. By analyzing the control the orientation relationship, orientation activities control, capability orientation control and learning orientation on the performance of human resources. Then the respondents of this study the marketing department at rural banking in Semarang with 150 of 320 population. However, collected questionnaires analysis number of 112 with multiple analysis techniques multiple regression two stages. The study shows that in order to increase the performance of human resources priority is learning orientation intensity which was built by the orientation activities control.Kata kunci: Activities control orientation, Capability control orientation, Learning orientation, Performing of human resources
