Abstrak
ABSTRACT
Background urinary system disorder derived from renal or urologic system. Symptoms of kidney disease can regard each body system. Disorder varies from simple infection up to life threatening disorder that require renal replacement or long term dyalisis. For client with Chronic Kidney Disease undergoing hemodyalisis changes lifestyle that lead to conflict, frustration, guilt and depression. To maintain optimal conditions client claimed to be able self care.
Purpose application self care theory for client with urinary system disorder
