This article is a report on the results of community service activities by using mind mapping to collect data regarding the career aspirations of students of junior high school. The result of community service is inner high school students still do not have a clear career aspirations.This is due to the lack of references to useful work in their lives. In addition, for teens who already have career aspirations need to be guided to apply in a structured work plan in the mind map that predicts the obstacles to be encountered and make plans to anticipate. Suggestions for intervention next mind map will need to provide additional reference to adolescents in order to have an overview of the intended career aspirations.
